FAQs

  • The Audio Guestbook lets your guests at your wedding send wishes with the sound of their voice.
It takes the place of a traditional guestbook, allowing guests to record voicemail messages instead of writing notes.

  • To set up the phone -
Plug the phone into the power bank supplied.
Pick up the handset and follow the prompts to pre-record an optional greeting to your guests.

At the even, guests simply lift the handset, they hear your greeting, they leave their message after the beep and hang up the phone.

Each message is saved automatically to deliver to you within 72 hours of the event.

  • The Audio Guestbook costs $350 for a 3 day hire which gives you enough time to pick up the day before your event and drop back the day after.

  • You can use the Audio Guestbook virtually anywhere.
If you want to place it outdoors, there needs to be no chance of rain unless it can be undercover.

  • Set it up in a location that is highly trafficked - like on a table by the bar or at the gift table.
Avoid placing the phone near any speakers to avoid loud background noise.
